Post the Twenty-Fifth - Promo Madness

So House M.D. was on tonight and the eps was so-so, but...
The promo has caused an outpouring on the 'net, so here is my take on it.

After much study of the promo and screen caps I have come to the conclusion that Fox is playing on our feelings.

Why you ask?

At the beginning of the eps House and the PotW get into an argument about whose life is worse. House says, "I check my eyes for jaundice every morning to see if my liver has failed yet." (quote is from my memory)

Then in the promo we here about "House's BIG secret" and see Wilson tell Cameron "You can't tell him you know" (again, from memory)

So the clip we saw that all the House/Cameron shippers are going nuts over? I think House is worried about the liver thing, Cameron finds out about his worry, then somehow Cameron ends up giving House an eye check. I know when I look at someones eye I have my hand on their face and the placement of Cameron's thumbs in the screencaps seem to be more in position for this then for a kiss.

Now, Cameron does seem very business like, examining the eyes (not gazing into, bummer), But House does seem to be staring at Cameron's mouth.

i dunno...i think if she was checking his eyes out she'd be using one of those pen lights or that other light thing with the black cone on it that they use to check eyes, nose, and ears...

Hmm, very good points, although Cameron is not positioning herself at House's eye level to get a look at his eyes, and House's eyes are nearly closed. Maybe I'm just really hoping that it's a kiss. :)

Yeah, from what I saw of the promo, I think you're right. I think it's more likely she's doing some kind of medical exam, and they cut it in the promo to make it look like kissage.

And even if it IS a real kiss? I'm not sure I want them to go there. She's doing Chase, kissing House...that would make her seem very....slutty. And not in a good way.

I agree. I can't see a kiss happening now especially since she's doing Chase. Even if she tried, I don't believe he would let her right now, too soon. They're making it look like he and Cuddy have a thing!!! This looks like it's turning into Grey's Anatomy! Jeepers!! Who will Wilson end up with??

I didn't see the promo (stupid Global) but this makes a lot of sense. Especially if House is looking at her mouth, so there's still the UST but Cameron doesn't look like a skank because she's wanting House and doing Chase.

Cameron's not doing Chase. She proposed sex with him in last night's episode, but they didn't actually jump in the sack together.

You're probably right.

But for me I don't care what the reason is to why they're faces are close - as long as there's Sexual tension.:D
