I know what you mean about liking your own hair colour. Mine's a strange assortment of golds and reds and browns. I used to dye it all the time because I hated it... It doesn't look really keen under fluorescent lights, though, but then again nothing but plantlife does... Anyway, I'm glad you like your own colour. That's what wigs are for. It looks really cute, though.

I used to compete in sewing back when I was in 4-H so I do have mad sewing skillz. Not to the point where I can make my own patterns, but way up there.
That is awesome! :D My mum's a sewer, does mostly quilting now, but I learned a little when I was younger. I was also in 4-H, loved it, but had to quit when we moved and never got into it again, alas.
Pin-curls usually work for me, but they're a lot of work and not comfy to sleep in...too bad my own natural curls are nearly as work intensive to coax out, though! :S
