I told myself that I wouldn't post anything until I got out the next part of "Queen Mab". Well that's out so I can get on with the really, really, awesome, fun things.
Awesome Fun Thing #1
erinm_4600 made me the most awesome gift ever. A three disc fan mix inspired by my Guys Group stories!
Fun Thing #2
I went out and saw "Hay Fever" last night. The play its self was kind of, ah. But the actors where amazing
The play was written by Noel Coward and set in 1925's English country house of the Bliss's.
David Bliss - A writer who ignores almost everything but his writing.
Judith Bliss - A former famous actress, who is still performing.
Sorel and Simon - The spoiled children
The play focuses on a weekend when each of the family members invites someone to stay for the weekend.
David a young women who he wishes to... interview.
Judith a boxer who is a great admirer... of her work
Sorel a gentleman whom she has set as an ideal
and Simon a girl whom he is madly, madly in love with
The four guests arrive on Friday evening, by Saturday everyone has switched partners, and by Sunday morning the four guests band together to get out no matter what!
Now it sounds like an episode of "Jeeves and Wooster", but "J&W" is much funnier.
Rayna Schneider was wonderful as Judith, her pose and manner perfect for a diva who can't give up her art, Thom Capozzella was great as a stiff-upper lipped, keep everything smooth, English gentleman, and Tom Stockley was widely entertaining in his first turn on the Players stage.
Awesome Fun Thing #3
I've been watching "North & South" other the past few days and Richard Armatage with soooooo dreamy, even without his Guyliner.
