Dammit, she had been working hard to try and hid her feelings for Cain. Lot of good that did. Turns out that everyone knew.
And were taking bets on when she would jump him.
And thought that she had jumped him.
And her mother was happy about it.
Yeah, Ashton had to be coming any second now.
That last accident, that was it. Cain had died and this was hell.
How else could you explain the Queen's Consort giving him tips on places to have “hot monkey sex” his daughter!
And just what the hell was “monkey sex” anyway?
Well you see, it starts with you asking DG to climb your limb...

Well, that was better.
And we both know that the scratching of each others back turns into the biting of each others neck and the grabbing of the old head board!
Oh god, if he wasn't already dead then he might have kill himself just to get away from the humiliation.
Dinner that night was... interesting.
As DG sipped her soup she remembered the feeling of Cain's hand brushing her breast.
As Cain cut his stake he remembered the way DG had felt when she had arched her back under him.
As DG ate her cake she remember the way the sweat had gathered in the small of Cain's back.
As the dishes were cleared and coffee passed around Cain remembered all the different spots on this floor that Ahamo had told him about.
As DG breathed in the scent of her tea she thought about how happy her mother was that she and Cain had “finally stopped that silly courting dance and just got on with it”.
As Cain set his empty cup down he wondered if Ahamo would be checking to see if Cain had really lived up to his sort of promise.
As DG walked out of the room she thought she heard someone say “hot monkey sex”.
